Shipping and Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, for instance, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Otherwise you, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping and you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs, only the purchase price of the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us for a return authorization before you send the item back to us. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States on our website. We do accept orders from selected countries on our Etsy store at www.etsy.com/shop/baytowntreasures. We estimate our shipping rates as close as possible and will adjust to actual shipping rates when your order is processed. Any differences over .99 will be refunded. We use first class mail whenever possible, up to 15 oz. (approximately 2 yards). Anything over 3 yards will ship priority mail and we use flat rate shipping whenever we can. You will never be charged a handling fee. If you need your package quickly, please attach a note on the checkout page and let us know and we will send you an invoice for the difference in postage.
